It's almost as if the mobile data click opens a door to an entire mini universe.

No wonder there's so much faking in this era since we can all hide behind a screen...after all who would know that online image isn't your offline reality.

Obsession with selfies and posts of how "good" life is, got to take a pic of a good meal before you eat it so you can post after.

Obesession with likes and followers make me wonder how many likes is a life worth?

Some people have the two lives synced well into one.

Some people are slaves to their online lives that it overrides their offline needs.

Some people just can't handle social media so they minimise their online presence.

Whatever category you are in, at some point you might have felt that your phones demand for your attention is so strong that it parallels all other needs.

It's as if you have online and offline needs and both must be met.

Meek Mill deactivated his social media accounts, said he needs space.

That's far away, back here at home my grandma and my Nokia keep competing for my attention, so is my spouse and kids but guess who is winning.

In fact, the most common scene in a any sitting these days is people ignoring one another while totally sucked into their phones.

I fear the day that technology will surpass our human interaction. The world will have a generation of idiots.

Human or humanoid?
